We were happy with the service on our SUV. The one thing that annoyed me was the $20 coupon for the oil change. i saw it advertised on Facebook, but it was not clear to me that a code had to be used. So, we lost out on that discount.

I experienced a flat tire while travelling down the highway. Luckily I had enough air in the tire to make it to Craig Dunn. They brought me in, obviously had time to fix it right away and had me on the road in no time! They checked for tire repair protection plan, informed upfront of costs and performed the repair.

Craig Dunn Motor City I found to be very pleasant they are very good at what they do and they inform you of any problems that they find and they give me the opption to replace instead of doing the added work keep up the good work

I’m was charged $75 for nothing and told to take my car to a Hyundai dealer and ask for them to reimburse.

I feel that the charge should have been waived as nothing was done or in this instance, Craig Dunn should deal with Hyundai directly for payment.
