Devin Guy tries hard to make things right , however the 2010 equinox has issues with no cure. GM issue Have an all wheel drive vehicle that cannot utilize this and ABS is quirky. Really crappy when there is ice and snow on the ground. Warning bells going off etc. What a piece of s--t!

I had made an appointment a week befor for a service, but when I got there I had to wait in line for an hour.. Not siure why I need an appointment when its first come first serve when you get there.. Not complaining , just a comment.

The overall Craig Dunn experience was a pleasant one. There was no pressure, just courteous responses to questions and a good exchange of information. The only negative comments I have relate to the trade-in value placed on the 2012 Ford F150 XTR we traded on the Silverado. To this day I feel it was undervalued by upwards of $2,000.00 and this will be remembered if/when there is another purchase in the future.

A strut was replaced, but a wheel alignment was done without consultation with me. I was waiting to do the wheel alignment when I got new tires. i spoke to a fellow about the matter & he said that a free wheel alignment would be done when I got tires.

the experience starts off with me in my own mind not given the truck they had been advertising on the lot, next your free oil change went a few kilometers over board and my boy was sent home having to pay for the change and told that the truck may need ball joints after service was asked to check out the front end due to excessive front tire wear, next I receive a phone call from your dealership about your service and explain truthfully my experience and was promised on the phone it would be looked at with no reply, next my wife takes the truck for an oil change and service looks at the tires and tells her the tires will not make it back home and puts the spare on the front drivers side to get her home. I then take the truck to put tires on the very next day and discover the front tire is ready to fall off because all lug nuts become loose. not impressed with any of this at all
