No good after sale repair promise not done

Keep me waiting to pick up the vehicle for repair up to now still waiting i made did my part for you guys to include me in your end of the month sale hoping you will fulfil your promise to sell me the car in good condition , the engine light on,key fob not working,mirror defrosts not working

I had a wheel alignment on my 2013 Cruze, three oil leaks repaired, a turbo line, and two sensors, plus an oil change. The alignment, turbo line and oil change was done the first day while I waited. the sensors where changed two days later because the parts were not in stock and only took half and hour.

Jim our salesman was great. He payed attention to every detail and was very thorough when he went over our new vehicle with us. He introduced us to all the staff as well and gave us a tour of the beautiful facilities.

I flew in to Manitoba to pick up my new car. Mr. Dunn met me at the airport in Winnipeg. the delivery was terrific and he explained all of the features of the Cruse RS hatchback. We love the car, I drove it 3,000 kilometers through very tough winter road conditions and it was awesome.

I just hate stepping in to Craig Dunn. Nobody ever smiles, they never have any deals. They never do what you ask and need to go to the bank for a loan just to have your vehicle looked at. Its a scary thought having to take my truck into the dealership. I went in to have a muffler replaced and they told me they could omly replace the whole exhaust system. They wanted like $1800 for it!!! I had a different shop do the muffler replace for $300 and had no issues in 2 years. No work happens at a dealership on my vehicle. Bunch of crooks.

Devon was a very pleasant individual to deal with throughout the time spent purchasing my truck. He was helpful in answering any of my questions either through emails or in person. He was also respectful of my time and I was quite pleased with the overall experience including the delivery to Winnipeg.
