It was good. Had to bring car last minute for an oil leak and was looked after fairly quickly. First time getting service done on newly bought used Mazda.

Two weeks prior to this experience my car received a 4-year service, which included a full brake inspection. At the time the rear brakes were replaced, but the front brakes were deemed fit for use. During the interim period my vehicle developed a sporadic vibration which, during the appointment in question, was discovered to be a seized caliper. The lifetime pads were covered, and the dealer covered the cost of the one the rotors, but I had to pay for the new caliper and the labour. When I expressed my displeasure, the service manager agreed to cover the cost of both rotors. He said that sometimes, during a brake service, pushing the piston back into the caliper can result in some debris coming loose and leading to a seized caliper. This caveat was not, however, communicated to me during the original service. In my opinion, the problem with the front brakes happened as a result of the original service, and therefore the entire cost should have been covered by the dealer.

Poor shifting of transmission diagnosed as underpowered engine! Over the phone help was non existant and amateurish and a waste of time
