You seem to be under staffed and when calling in for an appointment it is very hard to reach someone at first call. The service advisers, especially Ruth , are very good and helpful but overall I have to say some people are not that hospitable.

Everyone at Probart Mazda goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. They fit me in on a busy Saturday for an oil change because I was coming from the GTA. While there everyone was so friendly and made sure that I was satisfied with my service. I cannot recommend Probart Mazda enough!

Went today to buy a car. No one came out to help us. Called the office twice while out in the lot and there was no answer. Shame.

It was a good experience; i have to admit it's been different since the new ownership; car wash can’t be used on new cars so I leave without a wash; no one really goes above and beyond I feel; unfortunate; it’s good there are still a couple of familiar faces who are friendly; I met no less than 5 people when i bought my vehicles, since then they’ve walked by me without acknowledgement pretty much every time; i drive from out of town for service, I have 2 Mazda dealerships much closer but I choose Probart as a loyal customer; if it’s just going to be a dealership then I might as well go where it’s convenient for me; I’m not unhappy but don’t get the same vibe as I’ve had before

Service department took care of an electrical issue with our new car. Given a nice loaner. Service was completed before the end of the day. Given some complimentary services for our troubles. All good!

As usual, I was very satisfied with my service. I was in and out very quickly, with a car wash as bonus. Ryan was helpful and kept me informed, as he and Joan always do.
