Best experience. My sales guy, Josh Teichroeb worked very hard to work within my budget. He made sure my needs were taken care of and that I was happy. I would highly recommend him to my friends! He was very patient and very honest with me and made me feel comfortable with any consercerns I had. The staff at SMP were very welcoming and extremely helpful. Everyone took there time with me and made sure that I was happy. I am very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Josh and the staff at SMP :)

Brought my 2010 Equinox in to be serviced and dealt with staff who wanted to make up for a passed bad experience. Staff were helpful and respectful. Was not planning on purchasing a new vehicle but once we saw how bad of shape the 2010 was in, it changed my mine.

Kennedy and Brandon made everything so easy. They offered unending education & information. Being friends with Kennedy since high school made her the easy choice to go to for help finding a vehicle but she actually ended up also being the best choice. She helped me make the right decision and knew what was best for my lifestyle. Brandon gave me financial advice and information that I really needed and appreciated. They both had a sense of humour that kept the vehicle process pleasurable. Kennedy got me in the dealership right away and her and Brandon made time for me and obviously put effort into the process. Every employee at SMP made an effort to say hi and help out. This was the easiest experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I will be referring all of my clients to SMP and to Kennedy in the future. LOVE my car.

It's not very often you can call up a sales person, tell them what you are looking for and in less than a day they have found it, along with all the accessories you want and have you set up, ready to go in only a day or two! Very professional, courteous, friendly, efficient staff at SMP and Randy made sure everything went smoothly! We love the new truck and will definitely be back when it's time for an upgrade!! Thanks for all your help, Randy!! Really appreciate it!!
