Very satisfied with entire process from the moment we arrived to the moment I left with new vehicle.

Stopped to look at vehicles only. Salesperson Dan listened to my requirements. Showed us several vehicles. Liked the Equinox look .. inside & out. Test drive good. Looked at different paint colors available. Made a decision. Talked to Ben in finance. Very helpful in explaining purchase process & in explaining all options available. Pick up process great. Dan & his sales team very friendly & helpful. Liked the tutorial on how the vehicle functions. Also liked the tour of the different areas of the dealership. Very pleasant experience from start to finish.

I have a really tight school schedule that is tough to work around but dealing with Kelly and SMP was quick and painless and the deal I got was great too.

Greeted at the door, asked what we were looking for taken to Dan Barretts offices, gave us direct time to accomidate our needs. Dans staff were also ready to assist in any way possible. Gary in finance was very helpful with details. next day truck was ready to go. My wife is very happy ! Good job SMP !
