Sales and financing were both professional and easy to deal with being a first time buyer. When he showed me a vehicle he would make sure to tell me what features each model had.

Where to start.... Customer service sucks, auto body got over spray on the passenger side of my truck and did nothing about it, and there's more. In the future my next new truck will not be bought at Smp

This was my first time purchasing from a dealership and financing a vehicle. The finance department worked very hard to get me a rate I could manage comfortably. They even explained all of the details to help me understand the logistics of financing and loans. When I got my vehicle I was a bit spent mentally from the process that I was very naive about when I started, but I was very comfortable with my purchase and love my newer vehicle. I am grateful that the staff were as helpful as they were!
