I have been a Jonker Honda customer since June of 2011 and have serviced my Civic there since the car was new. I have had many cars over the years and have patronized many dealerships and i can honestly say that i’ve had the absolute best customer service at Jonker Honda. Service manager Catrina and her staff have looked after my servicing needs as if i was family. I must commend Catrina for running such a top notch service department. Catrina is by far the most personable and helpful customer service managers that i have ever dealt with!! She listens and she cares. Ray Woo

Staff was great everyone had a smile and were happy to assist.. only issue I had was waiting over an hour for a shuttle pick up which I thought was excessive but next time will just arrange my own transportation. Not a huge concern
