Two cases. My vehicle had body- and paint-work carried out on it. This service was provided in a very timely manner and the job was well done. Secondly, my vehicle was brought in for service according to a technical service bulletin. Again. the work was scheduled carried out in as short a time frame as possible, which was very much appreciated.

Each Visit is Costly.

But Charlie finds ways to save a little off of the parts costs and its really appreciated. Especially when each time I visit, (which is lately every other month or so), the bill comes back well in excess of 500$. I appreciate his hard work, timely notice calls, and general understanding of the problem and what I need to have done in 1 visit.

I was well informed of the process for fixing my vehicle.

Setting up the appointment to come in for fixing my car or for an oil change is easy on the phone. Staff are ready for my appointment when I come to the service bay. The time to register my vehicle and discuss with service supervisor is fast and courteous. Finally, and the shuttle service is great and efficient. Drivers are very friendly!

Vehicle oil change.

My wife dropped off our vehicle for a booked appointment for an oil change and to investigate why our vehicle shut off while in drive on a highway. She waited for 45 minutes in the drop off bay before being processed. She refuses to drop off our vehicle there any more.
