Was very happy that they even took the time to wash the outside of my vehicle. Thanks! My only suggestion would be to improve the drop off in the morning aspect, as I watched three or four vehicles pull into their garage after me and get served before I did. Luckily, I wasn't in a rush that morning, as things seemed to be a little confused in this area. Otherwise, was very pleased!

I've been able to purchase two vehicles through Rick at SMP and will never buy anywhere else from anyone else. The attention and time he took to understand my vehicle needs, my vehicle 'wants', and balance them within the parameters of my budget was incomparable and top-notch. Throughout the process, and long afterwards, Rick answered my questions, professionally and politely. Whether it was: reviewing the unique features of the car, instructing me on how to engage the command start or giving me gamer tips on upgrading armour in Destiny, he always was available and had an accurate and expeditious response. Rick is: knowledgable, thoughtful, epically homorous, and leaves no greasy after taste. His level of professionalism is exceptional and pursuit of customer satisfaction is distinguishably relentless, and markedly admirable. The entire experience was seamless, stress free, and delightfully enjoyable. I enthusiastically and unabashedly recommend Rick; I can't wait to go back for more.

From sales to financing, the entire process was easy and comfortable, Jason had great knowledge of the vehicle and made the decision very easy, Brandon in finance also went the extra mile to get me what was needed! Between both I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle here! Job well done!!!

Awesome, tantallizing and courteous respectable experience. It's definitely something id do in the future when we have to buy another vehicle we would definitely go back to Alden and SMP. And also we will highly recommend our friends and family of the great treatment we got there.
