Just go back from trying to get my heater fixed. Not very pleased with the service at SMP. They had no fix for why my heater fan would no work yesterday (-28) on my 2014 Silverado so there was no problem. Seems reasonable????? Bought the truck in March 2014 and it has been in the shop several times now for different GM problems. What a piece.

David, I believe you misunderstood us. We meant that we detected no problem yesterday when you brought it to us. The vehicles heat seemed to be working fine, unfortunately we can't fix it if it seemed to be working when you brought it to us. We know it's never a fun experience when something goes wrong with your vehicle and we are sorry it happened to you.

Aldens a great sales man!! Hes very nice, and was all about what we wanted not, what everyone seems to like best. We were very pleased with our service!! And also supreemly please with our new silverado!!! Thanks so much Alden for the help in this matter!! Muchly appriciated!!

I have to say that on Saturday I purchased my second vehicle through SMP and I once again had the best customer service. It is nice to walk into a dealership and have your original salesperson come and say hello, & remember your name. The last time I saw him was 4 yrs ago.

Everything went better than I imagined; they stayed within my budget, they made everything so easy and they explained everything

I gave them a budget and they stayed within that and I still got an amazing car. Dan explained everything in great detail and made the whole experience easier than I imagined. As soon as I stepped in his office I felt my stress level go down. They did great!
