Brought in my 2014 Silverado for a recall fix (something to do with transfer case); I really can't say much about the work done so I'm assuming it was done properly (hopefully I won't find out the hard way). My beef is that I took pains to keep my truck clean and shiny (it's brand new after all) but when I picked it up, it was all muddy and dirty. My guess is that after the fix it was taken for a test drive over some back roads that's why it got so muddy. When I saw it at the parking lot after I picked up the keys, I didn't have time to go back and point it out because I had to be somewhere else that day.

Had my vehicle booked in for an 8:15 appointment had to sit out side the doors for 45 minutes till I got in had 2 lines people arriving after me were in the fast lane and got in before me. Service advisor was good explained everything to me. Not overly impressed about not fixing my problem telling me it was fine and that is the way it shifts. I am not fussy and realize that if it is fine then I should pay for it but I know I am not the only one with this problem and it seems like I was just sort of pushed off and told that is the way they work. I think there has to be a solution to fixing the shift problem just my view. Would like to hear back to see if anyone actually reads these surveys. Thanks Colin 371 0069
