Wonderful Service!

We had a great experience will Allen purchasing our newest vehicle. He has been very helpful in making sure all our questions are answered. We ended up with a burnt out headlight two days after taking our vehicle home and Allen made sure everything was taken care of with little disruption to us. Would recommend him to anyone!

It took a little longer than what the lady told me on the phone but I had a book with me so I just relaxed in the waiting area! Everyone was very friendly and helpful!

Alden was a very pleasant saleman to work with, would definately return if we would purchase another vehicle and will refer.

Alden was a great saleman, always returned texts even after hours! Very knowledgeable of the truck we bought, had great patience working with us. We never felt rushed with making any decisions. He was very professional! Will definately refer any family or friends that might be looking to buy a vehicle. Thanks Alden for the great job you have done!

Jason was great to deal with. He did not try to "sell" me on the car. He presented facts on the car, the purchase and delivery very clearly and let me make my own decision. There was no pressure to make a deal at all. Left me with very few questions to ask - he answered them before I had a chance to ask. He was also able to get me close to what I wanted for trade-in value. My requests and expectations were definitely met.

First time buyer!

As a first time buyer I was scared and hesitant to buy from a dealership. Luckily the Allen and Ben at SMP were great to me and made it a smooth comfortable process. Didnt force me into a dealba deal I didn't want. It was a great first time experience!
