We had a look at a Wrangler for the first time. Ionut Pasca was our sales rep and he was great. Easy to talk to, knowledgeable & even took the roof off for our test drive - he was genuinely pleasant to work with. Would 10/10 recommend for your next Jeep purchase.

We purchased a Grand Caravan from John at Dilawri Chrysler in Ottawa. Our experience there was excellent. John was great to deal with as was Paul the finance manager. They were very fair with the price And the trade in value. I would definitely shop there again when looking for another vehicle.

Paul Spadacini and Ionut Pasca made buying my new car an easy and enjoyable experience. I wasn't hopeful about financing because I've had some credit issues but Paul managed to secure a loan and I am now a proud owner of a new car!!! Ionut was super friendly and explained details of the car as well as some of the paperwork. I have to admit, I've never had a better experience with car salesmen before. Paul and Ionut were friendly, helpful and full of knowledge. If you're in the market for a new car, I highly recommend asking for them!!!

Worked with Rod McLeod for the purchase of our new vehicle. Very helpful and didn't employ any high pressure tactics. Our experience was that Rod and his Managers were fair and honest. Pretty rare traits in that industry. We also love our new vehicle. It was immaculate. Highly recommended.
