While looking for a pickup truck I reached out to Dilawri Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram since I could see by their website they had the best inventory for my needs. I was put in touch with Ionut Pasca and after speaking over the phone for a few minutes I was confident he would be great to do business with. I met Ionut the following day to view and test drive the product. His in-depth knowledge of the pickup combined with his no pressure sales approach are deserving of this five star review. My wife and I definitely had a positive experience at this dealership. John was very attentive and answered all our questions, big or small. We never felt rushed or pressured and he was able to steer us towards a vehicle that was right for us.

Our service/parts experience: Poor communication, disorganized, and generally (IMO) poor customer service. I understand COVID has presented challenges for many aspects of various businesses, but this dealership is really needs some leadership on the customer care front. We had a recall issue, and made service appointment. A part needed to be ordered. Big back order issue (I get it, happening lots these days), but no updates for many months. Then, the response when I followed up after nearly 5 months (!), was pretty frustrating: Staff seemed rushed, and a bit short on the phone, service desk unable to ask parts unable to ask service… parts dept not answering calls, bounced between voicemail inboxes/unreturned voicemail inboxes, and zero indication anyone wanted to take any responsibility to assist us. I hope the dealership uses this feedback to improve its processes. I’ll note that we might’ve still gone with them despite all this, except when I called a local competitor of theirs - we had an appointment the next day (!) to fix the recall issue + they had all parts. Zero hassles/zero runaround, and the competitor was, in comparison, incredibly helpful, pleasant, and seemingly very motivated to assist us.

Huge thanks to Jeff at Dilawri On West Hunt Club!! He’s always so nice to work with, and find the best fit with you and your needs! This past May he helped my wife and I upgrade our 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Unlimited for a brand new 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Altitude and we love it! This is our second car with Jeff! We’ve had a great experience with him and his team. We will absolutely keep going back as long as he is there.
