Looked in Pembroke for a Ram Rebel but found one I liked at Diwalri Chrysler. It was 1 and a half hours away but we are so glad we went. We dealt with Lawrence Onuoha and he was fantastic to deal with. Honest fair pricing and trade value and no pressure helping us get our new truck. Super nice as well. Well worth the drive. Definately have a look at them and ask for Lawrence

Frustrated. The dealership made a mistake and gave me the wrong set of summer mats - later I called and employee said no problem whenever you come back in we can swap them out. With Covid some time elasped and employee doesn't work there anymore; however, it is very obvious - I have the mats they gave me that it was a simple mistake. My problem- now they say there is "no documentation" (another mistake) and that they won't swap out the mat for the ones that actually fit the vehicle. I wish they would just do the right thing.

Buying a car is stressful, but Ionut made the process much better with his helpful & pressure-free approach. He took the time to answer all our questions helped us weigh the pros and cons of the various available vehicles so we could make the best choice for us. The experience was so much better than the other dealerships we visited. I highly recommend asking for Ionut (pronounced 'you-noots') if you are considering buying a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram in the Ottawa area.

We had a very good experience at the Dilawri Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership. Lawrence was great at discussing our options and letting us test drive different SUVs. He even met us at the dealership on his day off. I would definitely recommend Lawrence to anyone in helping you find the right purchase for your needs.

I'm moving out of country for a few years and needed to sell my vehicle within limited time. I had contacted dealerships in Gatineau and received low ball offers. I went to Dilawri Dodge after speaking with a representative, Dan. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by Lawrence, who handled all of my paperwork and vehicle assessment. Not only was the service I received friendly, professional and efficient, I also received an offer on my vehicle over what I asked! The gentleman handled everything with my bank and registration and I was able to pick up my cheque in less than 2 days. As an add on, they even paid for the Uber service that drove me to the rental car place. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. My experience was exceptional and stress free. Would highly recommend this dealership and their staff to anyone in the market for a Dodge/Jeep product.
