My husband and I are quite happy with the service we received from Wade. Wade said he'll make sure to give us the best deal on the new vehicle and he delivered. He was honest and right to the point. Andrew was awesome. They offered a very substantial trade in - 20 percent more than any other dealer. He had to deal with me as I bounced between the TRX or a more practical Ram 1500... in the end I’m very happy with the truck I got, and it looks great with a leveling kit in it and oversized wheels. However Andrew was more interested in making sure I had the best experience and was actively trying to do the best deal for me and ended up saving me a lot of money!

My mom and I both bought our Jeep’s from Dilawri and they were very helpful. We are from Nunavut and Andrew and Paul made it really easy for us even though we are thousands of KMs away. Buying a vehicle can be a challenge when you cannot see the vehicle you’re buying but we got lots of help. Thank you! I will be coming back in the future!

Met with Jeff Prillo the internet sales manager. Great guy and very knowledgeable on the Wrangler 4xe. Even though I’m holding off for the Grand Cherokee 4xe hopefully coming out later this year, I will definitely go back to see Jeff when the new models come out.

I just have my winter tire change to summer tires, but as i return home i noticed they only returned 3 tires! Im losing a tire with a rim and im also losing one cap for my mag wheels!, Fortunately John Pasca from sales helped me and returned everything with a good service, he even carried my tires outside!! Hooray for John, now that's good customer service!!

Wade was an absolute pleasure to work with when buying a van. Needing to upgrade for a growing family, he made the process as stress free and effortless as possible.
