Dilawri Chrysler Jeep Dodge

I purchased my car in September, but was missing one the front mat . I was told that they were gonna order it from Toronto and get in contact with me once it arrived. it's been 8 months and I still haven't received any call or mat I went to this location 5 times and they told the same story every time, I would definitely not recommend this place.

I had a very good experience with the dealership, specifically a sales person named wade helped me a lot and gave me the best price out there, I checked. I am very grateful for the lovely and stress free experience he offered me. Hassle free experience, I highly recommend wade, he is a pleasure to speak with.

Zachary proulx I had the pleasure too deal with wade from dilawri chrylser on huntclub. He is a great person , he is cheerful and easy going but he is also stern and he is a businessman and he knows his stuff, he is straight too the point and he spoke facts , when he spoke you could tell he wanted too help and not just sell a car and make money, i had called too ask him questions and he never had a problem goong out in the rain or answering all my needs. He is a great guy and is definitely a huge asset too dilawri.

I unfortunately had a horrible customer experience where I didn’t feel like my business was valued. I was very excited to purchase my next vehicle and had met with the sales representative a couple times to discuss. I received a call from another individual on their team who does valuations on trade in vehicles and he asked if I would come in on the weekend to get a value and match me with the right vehicle, he said he would advise the sales representative I was dealing with the time I was coming in to greet me. I showed up to my appointment and not only was I not greeted but the sales rep had no idea who I was nor why I was there. i had to explain I received a call to come in. He wouldn’t listen to what I was asking or saying. He advised me all the systems were down and he couldn’t help me with finding a vehicle or with a trade in value for me my vehicle, and completely rushed me out of the dealership. I was very disappointed for my experience, so I went to Capital Dodge Kanata immediately after and was treated amazingly. I traded my vehicle on the spot and am a very happy owner of a new Dodge 2021 Ram Sport. Thanks Dodge Capitol.

I recently relocated from the east coast to Ottawa and being a Chrysler owner since 2004, I immediately began looking for a "home" dealership. Dilawri on Hunt Club was close to work so I ventured in. On my first visit I was met with the standard sales pitch to upsell my service, etc., but I just chalk that up to good salesmanship. Once I established a baseline with the service department, things went smoothly. While changing my winter tires to summer recently, I realized that one of my wheel lug nuts had been cross-threaded and destroyed the wheel stud. Dilawri had performed a service last fall, including tire rotation, so they were the last "hands on". I advised Keith Black (Service Manager) of the issue and he pulled up the work order and promptly scheduled a repair at no cost to me...that's good service. They admitted their error and fixed the issue, the next time I shop for a Chrysler, I won't forget that! Thanks Dilawri!
