I DO NOT RECOMMAND THIS DEALER Very lack of respect at the sale dept. I just spent 45,000$ in bying an SUV. I had to called several times the sale rep and also the front desk in the 10 next days for different reasons before I take possesion. Most of time I had to call 5, 6 or 7 times before I was able to talk to a warm body. Numerous times I had to leave a voice mail as most of time the sale rep did not return my calls. When I finally talked to him, I got TWICE excuses as I AM SORRY AS I WAS IN HOLIDAY. So be it as anybody needs holidays. However, why the front desk operator did not tell me this sale rep was in holiday and then ask me if some else could help me. Or even better this sale rep could have left on his voice mail that he left for holidays with dates of return and then suggest to contact someone else for service meanwhile. There is nothing new in that way of doing things as every commercial offices use this pratice since 1990. This dealer is just 30 years behind with the commercial usual practices. So hey Dilawri, welcome in 2021! YOU ARE LUCKY THAT I GAVE YOU ONE STAR. SO I WAS NOT PLEASE AT ALL WITH THIS LACK OF SERVICE.
