New car

I received my new car however had to wait for delivery due to dealer realizing a last minute recall. Delivery took over 2 hours and car was not delivered as promised and still has not been rectified. I was warned about poor service with dealer and made this known at all levels and unfortunately am now seeing it. The vehicle is great and I have no issues and actually recommend it to others! Thankfully honda is a good name ..

We bought a new CRV on Sept 10th. We met with Dennis to give him the cheque etc. We agreed after a night of thought to have the Platinum package..appointment agreed with Dennis at 8am Sept 16th. One of the big factors in buying a second CRV to replace our 2007 was the service /mtce at Palladino over the last 7 years. This time it was an anomaly. I was there at 7.50am...no one had a record of my appointment. Stephanie was great to take the lead to get it organised. Waited for Dennis who was apologetic "a glitch". Finally left on the shuttle after 9am. Picked the CRV up at 4pm as agreed and a good job. I know this is not typical as I stated earlier and does not change my view of your service. It simply reflects as you requested the facts.

I had to get the rim changed on the front right passenger side due to a big rock I hit unexpectly at night in a rain storm on the Kingsway, near Palladino Honda, Wednesday September 10th. I was towed to Palladino the same night. I left my car in the parking lot. Thursday morning September 11th I called the garage explaining what had happened. The garage had to order the rim and I received my car Friday in the afternoon as it was promised.

I am a long time customer of Palladino Honda and have dealt with Marilyn Bodson for many years with nothing but good experiences. Since Marilyn's departure to have her twins, I have been dealing with Dan. I had placed a direct phone call to Dan Strong - Service Advisor a week ahead to book me in for a service appointment for my 2011 Honda Ridgeline. It required a A123 service and as soon as the on board service indicator comes on I call the Service Advisor to book an appointment. Dan was able to schedule my appointment within a reasonable time and when I arrived to drop off my vehicle I was greeted, went through the requirements of the service, provided the mileage, signed the work order, scheduled the drop off and pickup address and time and then sat in the waiting area for 15 - 20 minutes for the customer shuttle driver to take me to work. I received a call prior to the shuttle drivers arrival to say what time he was arriving - he was on time and returned me to the dealership where we went through what work had been done to my satisfaction and then I paid the Bill and departed.

Work completed on time and effectively. Dan is always a friendly and efficient customer service advisor.

Oil change required an oversized oil drain plug to be installed because previous service technician had overtightened plug and stripped the oil pan threads. I hope that I do not incur further expenses because of the mistake. I also had a transmission and rear differential flush. I'm still a little concerned about road noise which the technician didn't see as a problem. Overall, I was happy with every aspect of this service visit.
