Person behind the desk was very good at explaining why my engine light was on, said they had to do a scan. She also checked that my spark plugs had never been changed (apparently they need to be changed after 7 years) and since my 2006 Honda Civic is 8 years old with only 66,941 km, I told her to go ahead. She also checked on warranty work regarding the "arm" for the rear tires for wear and tear. This was also corrected. I trust the service department when they tell me that something needs to be done. I have never had real problems with my Hondas as I have always driven one since my first car in 1976. I can't see myself driving any other vehicle. Service has always been great over the years.

Staff needs just a little more knowledge about warranties and what is covered, Even the light bulbs are covered to an extent!

Tried to send this from my cell phone but didn't work. I had a servicing for my air conditioning unit a couple weeks later I went to check my oil level before going on the highway and found the caps had not been replaced and luckily were still sitting on the engine and the power steering container was left off the holding bracket. I replaced each item in the proper place. I also called the service manager ( Jason Carrier ) and left a message as he was on vacation and sent an e-mail about the issue. No response. As well the A/C still does not provide the same cool level as before but is improved. I am not impressed. Paul Camillo

Stephanie was helpful in explaining that Scott would not be able to answer my question about mileage entiltement per year on my lease until Monday, as he was out of the office for the remainder of the week.

maintenance minder-"B" service....completed on time, with notes of items to be attended to (on warranty=N/C)..only aggravation was I had to bring vehicle in for another appointment, as parts were not on hand. This was done, as scheduled and completed very satisfactorily..
