Charlie knows his product - and the competitions. Charlie looks honest, he talks honest and he performs honestly. We have just purchased a Mazda CX5 and some significant problems arose in the closing of the deal. Charlie and Probart fixed them. He genuinely wanted us to be satisfied customers. Best salesperson that I have had in 50 years of car buying

I'm now on my 3rd car from Probart Mazda and I couldn't and wouldn't go anywhere else for my vehicles! As soon as you walk through the door the attitude of everyone you meet is above and beyond. The service department is helpful and knowledgeable and the sales associates are so kind and genuinely want to help you get the car you want. They want to make sure YOU are happy which is especially nice. I would, and do, recommend everyone to get their cars from this amazing dealership!

Everyone was nice before you purchased a vehicle but as soon as you have they stop all communication. The new grad rebate is also just a trick because here I am 3 months in and still haven't received it. Plus anytime I try to email to follow up I get no response. Would not recommend. They do not build relationships.

My experience started off great with Charlie my salesman. However when I went in to pick the car up and drop off my transcripts for the grad rebate the paper work was not looked at. Five weeks later I received a call from Louie the manager stating that I had not brought in the correct documents. When I asked why this was just being addressed he said because it “just got to his desk”. That was back at the end of February. It is now April and I still don’t have the $500 grad rebate. So be prepared to go without that $500 for awhile as I was not. This past weekend one of brand new tires got a hole in it. No tires were in stock, I have no warranty and nothing is being done for me. Just remember at the end of the day you are any other costumer to them.

My fiancée Cheryl and I were in the market for a new suv, after visiting several dealerships and being treated poorly to say the least we walked into Probart Mazda. Right from the time we walked in the door we were treated like VIP’s. We met a gentleman named Jesse ,he and the team there went out of there way to answer our questions and make the experience pleasant. Their honest transparency was a breath of fresh air , they even encouraged us to bring our dog and see how he liked the vehicle. I’m a hard person to sell anything to but it was clear to Cheryl and I after our first visit we were going to be Mazda owners we bought the CX5 and absolutely love it, we make excuses to drive it.
