Very impressed by the service I received from Bytec Volkswagon. Had been given a quote for 2800 for a transmission repair and brought it to VW for a second opinion. The repair ended up costing $300. James gave wonderful customer service and the mechanic did a wonderful job. Thank you for your help in these difficult times.

JD was a pleasure to deal with. Very little pressure at all. I enjoyed buying our new VW there and would recommend to anyone. Only 4 stars because my car could have been delivered in better condition.

Not a fan of buying a car at the best of times but with everything going on particularly challenging. Bytek could not have made the experience any better. Great communication and ability to accommodate could not have made the process easier. Was not the only dealership I dealt with and they were far and away the best.

Just purchased my new Volkswagen... Buying a car during the COVID-19 outbreak has been an experience.. Our salesman Tim made it as seamless as possible while practicing social distancing.. Great Experience, Love my car!
