Recently purchased my first car. The Bytek staff were super helpful and patient (especially Andrew and Jennifer). I had a great experience and highly recommend Bytek Volkswagen.

Service department need to go on a course on how to interact with people, we are not robots, if I have a choice I will not go back there.

The guys at the bytek collision center and Rawad provided fantastic service. We had some rust to fix on my VW golf and it came back looking brand new. Could not recommend them more. If you are thinking about purchasing or getting vw work please do yourself a favor and go to Bytek and avoid myers.
