I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler through South Trail Chrysler and was blessed to have Ryan Steele as my sales executive. I told Ryan the make and model of vehicle I wanted and he went to work to make it happen! I could not believe how easy the vehicle buying process was and what I really appreciated was Ryan staying in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. He was able to bring in a vehicle from another dealership, add the touches I wanted and he made it all happen on an extremely tight timeline. South Trail and Ryan truly went above and beyond on my purchase and I cannot thank them enough for delivering a vehicle that has put the fun back in driving!

They take the time to listen, suggest, and let you make the decision which is best for you as a customer. This level of customer centricity doesn’t end at sales. Knowledgeable sales staff and makes it pretty good to buy a vehicle. Somewhat difficult to find cars to actually sell. Which isn't entirely this dealerships issue but does make the process more complicated to be fully happy as a customer. Hoping to see the sale turn out excellent!

Moved to Calgary and had my new Ram serviced here. Not to get to excited but my first visit was awesome! Great service, easily booked on line. And a sports lounge to chill while they did their servicing.

Great buying experience. Did not get pressured into any purchase and took time to show us different options. No pestering phone calls either to make the sale. Exactly how I think car sales should be done.Mark Kasparian was our salesman and took time to let us test a few different vehicles and when we figured out what we wanted and came up with a specific list of what we wanted in our vehicle he found it in a day and brought it in for us.
