Shawn Turner, Alanna, Eduardo are very welcoming, helpful and professional! They help us a lot and asked what are we looking for.They even got us a good interest rate. The helped they gave us is above and beyond. They listened to our needs and what can we afford. Overall They are the best dealership in the city. I will 100% reccommend this place to everyone. Going round in circles

I've been trying to get my jeep fixed since March 2020 it is now June of 2020 I called the dealership to make sure they had the part and they guaranteed me they had the part in stock so I booked an appointment to get my Jeep in to get repaired and every time I book my Jeep in to get it fixed I get there and they tell me they didn't have the part that it needed to be ordered. This happened three times once I got my Jeep in to be repaired I was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours so I waited because I had other appointments I had to get to 3 hours later my jeep was finally done but by that time I was already late for my medical appointment which means I had to pay for a missed appointment as well as me being bumped to the bottom of the list for a very important medical procedure I found that the service advisor was very rude condescending and very unprofessional I was very dissatisfied with the way that I was treated and the time it took to get my jeep fixed very unacceptable.

Typical cheap dealership when it comes to trades, prices grossly over MSRP but the staff are great people! If you dont mind spending WAY MORE then you should and getting bent over on your trade then go here. Its NO SURPRISE they have massive stock. I will say the staff whom i encountered tho were VERY friendly and willing to bend over backwards for you BUT the boss's get final decisions on numbers and thats where they FAIL MISERABLY.

Both my wife and I cant speak highly enough of this dealership. This is our second purchase with South Trail and each experience has been a breeze. Ryan (Future Salesperson of the Month - June) and the team were very personable throughout the process which made it very easy to trust that we were getting the best deal possible. He was transparent with the cost and went through the details patiently. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hassle free purchase.
