I am very happy with the performance of my vehicle since taking it to Roy Nichols. However, the only thing missing from a 5 star review was the extra touches. My one tire was obviously low and yet it was road tested. I think noticing that and simply topping up the tires, would be 5 star service. Otherwise, no complaints

First time using this dealer for service. Needed the traction control on my 2014 Chevy Cruz serviced. I picked Roy Nichols because of it's location (not far from home) and the availability of shuttle service. Their multi point inspection was on sale, so I took the offer as the last mutli point inspection was done over 3 years a go when I bought the car. Long story short, all vehicle maintenance is up to date and it cost less than I expected. Service was lovely and I will definitely bring my Cruze back for regular maintenance.

I recently had some car issues and thought with the long weekend approaching I could not get any support. Roy Nichols was close so I took a chance they listened to the issues I had and secured an appointment that day. By 3pm the repairs were completed and I was back on the road again. If you ever get a chance to drop by Roy Nichols for a vehicle or repair it will be the best visit you will ever make.
