We were visiting our daughter and our vehicle needed repair before we could return to our home. I called the service department at Nichols and they took my vehicle in that same day and repaired the issue in no time at all.

Been driving chevy vehicles for almost 40 years.and always will. Went here 5 years ago once. Because it was close. Said i would never be back, since its been a while. Maybe its better. Nope. Had 2 issues. One windshield washer wasnt spraying properly.(warranty) wanted to know how i managed to break it ? I said its a chevy really. Other was the front grill its a little out if place i did a mod so there was no chance but i had pics from when i bought it and it was out then. Asked how much for a new grill , got a off the top of the head 2 grand number. Since im paying for it i will get it done else where as i want it done right. They treat you like your second class . Go to ontario motor sales or better yet take the trip to hogan in scarboro. Thats where im going back to. Its a drive but im treated with respect. Side note wife drives honda they leave this place in the dust in service and quality.

I was a bit upset that when I purchased my 70 thousand dollar truck last year I was given 2 free oil changes and last week when I booked my second one they told me I couldn't use the free one cause I was 400 over the kilometers (which I was never even told there was an expiry) then they tried gouging me for money for everything and I find the staff there not friendly at all definitely wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle there and I won't go there for my oil changes anymore
