I had asked for my wipers to be changed. That was not done at all. They did not wash my car. And after spending 465$ for changing my summer to winter tires and being a repeat customer you'd think they would have at least fulfilled my requests. I will be going elsewhere in the future. Not worth the money.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Glenn,Alan and Garry made the whole process seamless. Glenn is such a wholesome, kind hearted man. When he is making a vehicle sale he allows you to feel secure and confident in your choice and does not pressure or push in any way. He takes his time in learning what you would like out of a vehicle and gives you the best options available to choose from. He is an absolute delight to meet and interact with. Alan is a knowledge, professional and wonderful man. He was very efficient when getting our documents together to complete the sale. He was kind and patient when we had questions about different aspects of the sale and did a great job of explaining coverages, warranty and maintenance of our vehicle. He was a pleasure to work with on getting us into the new vehicle and an overall pleasure to be introduced to. Garry personally came over to congratulate us on the purchase of our vehicle and also thanked us for choosing Roy Nichols. That is a very professional and powerful gesture. Not only did I feel good about my purchase I now have a great deal of respect for customer service that this company provides. Thank you to everyone that was not mentioned at the Roy Nichols team for helping continue such a great, reliable company. Thank you again!

I have watched Roy Nichols grow from a tiny little dealership on the corner of courtice rd and highway 2 several years ago to the much larger dealership it is today. One thing has always stayed the same though. The excellent service they provide to their customers. When I need service there is only one dealership I trust enough to take my vehicle to and That is Roy Nichols. I don’t say this lightly either, I worked in the trade for several decades. I was last there for a routine service and was very impressed with Bens attention to detail. Thanks Ben !
