Having never dealt with them before i was pleasantly surprised with how helpful they were. My car had broken down on the way home from work and i usually get it serviced in cobourg. But being bowmanville i could not imagine the tow cost to get it there. So i brought it there and left there over night. I called first thing in the morning and was dealt with jackie. She was incredible! Super professional and helpful she made it feel like i had been going there for years. They fixed the car up in 2 days (had to get parts from woodstock) and its working like brand new. Prices were great as well dont think i could of found cheaper and didnt try to pressure anything i didnt need.

Daniel and Lori have been great to deal with in the collision centre. Had an extra problem with my vehicle and they took care of it through my insurance no hassles. Excellent customer service!

We recently purchased a new work truck from Cathy Oliver. As always, it was a pleasure! Cathy made the purchase process efficient and was very accommodating with our busy lifestyle.
