I’ve only be there twice. I had a oil pressure sensor done and they were able to skip a step to do the job and still charged me the same price as a complete job, and I had two lower ball joints replaced and I almost lost a tire cause we found out they were torquing in the air. So after complaining the manager apologized and gave me a free oil change. When I went in 5 months later to use the free oil change they put an extra two plus litres of oil in. I always check work done on my vehicles, and I’m glad I did. They had to bring the truck back in and take oil out to bring it to the full line. I won’t be back at Roy nichols ever again. I always had good experiences with quick lube places and that’s where I will go again from now on or do it myself. Everybody check their work before leaving there property.

Glenn and Rick were absolutely a pleasure to do business with. This was our most expensive vehicle purchased and we felt extremely comfortable doing it because of these 2 gentleman. I will definitely be purchasing again from them due to the fact they are salesmen like no other...kind and caring and not sharks.
