I bought a vehicle through Krista in sales and Brandon in Finance back in October of 2023. Both of them were wonderful to deal with. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and the whole atmosphere of the dealership was great, they weren't pushy and they respected boundaries. I went in at the beginning of the month to talk with Krista and then I took whole month to decide what was I going to do. Since purchase there have been questions I've had, small issues ( most inconveniences) but Krista has answered my questions, she's helped my get the vehicle issues sorted. Overall great experience, fantastic people and great vehicles. Highly recommend Krista and Brandon. Kyle in the service department is great as well, he made sure that my vehicle got done when it was supposed to, he was quick to respond to emails and made an unexpected repair, turn into a stress free experience.

I bought a 2023 Colorado although I didn’t receive it till 2024. I have nothing but good to say about the dealership especially my salesperson Isaiah I have my share of problems over 4 months however I give the dealership bearing with me if I have a negative it would be with GM they suck. I have great truck SMP is keeping me on the no help from GM they are not professional. I had an oil change on August 12 at 10:30 I arrived early and was told SMP was short staff no problem then I was told there was a recall and I needed to leave my truck for the day this was not possible as I had another appointment and that I needed to rebook this is ok however they could not give me a time and that I would have to leave the truck for the day. This is comical as my truck has spent a ridiculous amount of time in the shop in the last 6 months what do I do? I would like to get a call so we can address this in a reasonable manner. HELP

I would NEVER take my vehicle to Sasktoon motor products for service. They are an absolute rip off. Had to have my vehicle towed there because they are CAA certified. Not only did they try to overcharge us for work that didn't need to be completed the service lady was so incredibly rude. I ended up paying out of pocket to have my vehicle towed to another repair shop. Just as suspected the amount of work that needed to be completed was $1000 less than what Saskatook Motor Products has quoted us. I will NEVER take my vehicle here nor will I ever recommend to my friends and family. I have also contacted CAA to let them know about my experience so they can reassess their CAA certification.

When the other dealerships I visited refused financing due to my lack of credit history, Steve and Samantha worked hard to get me into a brand new vehicle that same day. I would highly recommend the team at SMP. I should have gone to SMP first and saved myself a great deal of time and hassle.

So absolutely frustrated with our recent experience at SMP. We were charged $600 to tell us what we already knew was wrong with the vehicle. When we booked the appointment we already gave them the code that was coming up in the vehicle. Doesn’t seem like any real investigation was done other than hooking the vehicle up to a code reader. Then to quote us $800 change spark plugs and wires. The fix required $200 in parts and took us about an hour to do on our own. We will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Let alone if this is standard practice in the automobile industry it’s absolutely disgusting.

Hello Craig, I am sorry you were disappointed, and would like to assist if I can. I cannot locate a recent record of repair under your name. Is it possible repairs were completed under a different name? Please contact me when you have a moment, and I will review. Is it possible that you were being encouraged to bring the maintenance up to date, a tune-up for example, before diagnostics? This would be needed if there was a misfire or similar concern, which can be caused by many things, including overdue maintenance. When you contact me, I can look into this for you. My truck battery froze and I had it towed to SMP and Kyle worked very hard to get it in a fixed. Very happy with the service Kyle gave, he also kept me informed on the progress. This was the first time dealing with SMP and I highly recommend them.
