UPDATE: They sold us a used car, and there ended the support. They messed up the vehicle transfer somehow, so all the OEM digital services associated with the VIN are unavailable. They screwed up the license process too - I had to go in to SvcON and have it replaced. Not so much as a callback from the inspection where I had seen a torn CV boot, among other issues. A service team that does not call when parts are in to book service is not providing service! Buy the vehicle, but look elsewhere for support - this team does not get it!
