I was treated with courtesey and kindness. I described the issue and was given an estimate to fix the damage. I was sorry to learn that the incident is not covered by the insurance which I purchased when I leased the car 7 months ago. Instead the incident is considered as an accident under my regular car insurance. I. e. a dog or other small animal ran directly into my path while I was driving at speed limit through a small hamlet at about 6PM, that is, after dark. The impact caused some damage to a plastic cover underneath the motor, and cracked the front bumper. I purchased a replacement part, which my mechanic friend will install. I appreciated the advice received regarding the rest of the damage and will follow it. I also appreciated the fact that no high pressure sales tactics were used. To me that in itself goes a long way. But, on a totally different note, and unrelated to this event: When the heck will Mazda catch up to manufacturers of similar cars, and make Apple car play available. I need it, I want it. Please, pretty please, with sugar on top!

Jesse did a fine job helping me with my purchase. He was professional, courteous and patient. I appreciated his communication skills through email and phone, as I was doing this deal from out of town. This is my third Mazda, but the first from Probart Mazda. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Oil change & rear wiper blade. Requested app't on short notice & they were able to fit me in at time i asked for. Everything was handled well, clean comfortable waiting area. Again, only issue would be that I thought $89.95 plus taxes was pushing it a bit for an oil change

Price changed from last time was there - added tire rotation - had tire rotation the previous maintenance scheduled before last.
