I’m not happy with your repair department not being able to do repairs on a timely manner and not being able to do the repairs correctly the first time, having to come back a second and third time for the same issue.

Required an oil change and a maintenance check-up. Nothing requiring attention was found except for needing a new air filter. Vehicle was ready for pick-up at the end of the day as promised.

II went in for an oil change and i waited for 2!/2 hour. They didn't tell me my car was ready or I needed a new battery. I went and asked them about my car. Then they told me they had a problem starting the car. Why would they not come and tell me this in the first place. I didn't have to waste my time sitting there..
