When I drop my vehicle off for maintenance l am confident that everything will be looked after.

My family and I have been dealing with Wheaton service department forever. Jeff is the guy we deal with ,because he is transparent and wears his heart on his sleeve, not to mention very patient. He always does what he says and makes sure things always get worked out or explained. We are Always completely satisfied!I These folks have a very tuff job with all the ridiculous demands and complaints they receive from the public. You guys should Discard the negative words out there cause those people don’t care about anyone but themselves. Thanks again Wheatons service for all your hard work you do for the public!

I brought my Equinox in Thursday morning for work to be done. Was told it wouldn’t be done until the next day because you were very busy which was no problem. Was kept informed, Happy with the work done

Wayne was a great salesperson. He was informative and helpful. He was not pushy at all- the number one reason why i have not bought from other places. The dealership remedied an issue that arose (purchased a used vehicle) and made it as seem less as possible.

Wheaton Chevrolet and Rob Postma did everything they could to find me the specific vehicle I wanted. There was no pressure to try and convince me to change my mind in trim levels. They brought it from another province so I didn't have to settle for something else. Every time I contacted Rob to test drive vehicle, he had it warm and ready to go. Every member of staff we ran into was friendly, they said hello! At Wheaton Chevrolet you're more than a customer, they treat you like a friend! The dealership has the personal feel! I'll go back when it's time for new!
