The removal of my snow tires and reinstallation of the regular tires was done quickly last Tuesday morning. I enjoyed a coffee while the work was done and the tires stacked in my car. I was on my way within 45 minutes.

On this visit as on all our visits to Ancaster Toyota, Heather exhibited excellent listening, a high degree of competence in dealing with our windshield issue, clarity of expectations regarding timing and cost, a pleasant respectful manner, and an appropriate sense of humour. She also answered our questions about making an appointment with another department of Ancaster Toyota clearly and immediately. Brought my vehicle in to check a slow leaking tire...staff determined problem and fixed right away. The Service Team kept me informed at all times of the status of my vehicle very courteous and attentive.
