Nicolas Macleod of Ancaster Toyota is the absolute best! This review is long overdue and quite frankly I don't even know where to begin with how much of a great person Nicolas Macleod is. This man is above your regular sales person as he is truly a man of his word. I'm a single mom who was overworking and driving a car that barely fit my family. After telling Nicolas my situation, he went above and beyond to find us the right vehicle. Not only was it the right vehicle but it was the best vehicle I have ever driven! I was completely blown away! I have never met a person so excellent in service and in conduct. Nicolas explained everything step by step to make sure that I knew exactly what I was getting into. Nicolas blew my mind away. If you need a vehicle definitely contact Nicolas Macleod, you will not regret it! This is the second Toyota I have purchased from Debbie Askew and she is very informative on all the extras that Toyota provides. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable on all my questions. She also let me know exactly what I needed to do for changing over my information from my old car. I highly recommend Debbie Askew for all your car purchases new or used. I was very excited to talk with her about my new purchase and she answered all my questions and had knowledge of each vehicle I took out for a test drive. Thanks Debbie. Debbie Askew is fantastic to work with! This is my 4th RAV 4 with Debbie. Every 2 years I lease a new vehicle due to mileage from my business. All I do is call her and then I basically have one visit for paperwork...followed by picking up the RAV! NO upselling...NO pushing....just an incredibly respectful and easy process. I would not even consider going anywhere else for my vehicles! When you run a business, you do not have the luxury of time to waste, and Debbie ensures that the entire process is enjoyable, timely and professional. Excellent Service

This week, I brought my Corolla to be serviced and have the snow tires put on. It was a busy morning and there was a line up at the entrance door to the garage. Mark came out to ask me to leave the car and come in by the door. But when he saw that I was attached to an oxygen tank, he opened the exit door and asked me to drive in there. When it was time for me to pickup the car, I was returned by the friendly shuttle driver. Mark went outside to my parked car and brought it into the garage for me to access it. I appreciated the help. Thanks Mark!

Bought a new Corolla LE today. Great sales rep Steven B was knowledgeable, polite and kind. Terrific experience from beginning to picking up the car.
