We purchased our Highlander and it was missing the tow package. We returned to the service department to have it installed. The service department scratched the rear bumper, and we had to return to have the bumper realigned. They denied causing the scratches. Offered us a Service #1 package to get us to leave, and only now do I find out it doesn't even include an oil change. Staff are short, rude and very unconcerned about pleasing their customers. Would not recommend at all!!

This was the absolute worst customer service we’ve ever experienced after having multiple issues go wrong with our vehicle that was under warrenty. We had noticed our air conditioning wasn’t working properly in the vehicle that we hadn’t even owned for a year. We brought it in and they confirmed there was a leak, but they wouldn’t find it. Dye was then put in with them topping up the freon, it was over a pound less. They had our vehicle for the week and couldn’t locate the leak. Keep in mind the compressor was fixed when a separate issue arose a couple months ago. It appears the freon leaked out when they changed the compressor or there’s still a small leak that we haven’t been able to locate. They demanded we pay a diagnostic free of $190. We never paid a diagnostic fee for any of the other issues we had with the following, sensor malfunction in the gas lines, the radio and the compressor. Remember we’ve only had this car for max 10-11 months. Worst experience of our lives....I DO NOT recommend this Dealership. When Stuff goes wrong they don’t take responsibility for their vehicles and they don’t stand behind their warranties.

Bought a vehicle NEW less than 2 yrs ago, a Rav 4. Set up my insurance and about to pick up the SUV, then have a phone call from Toyota saying they “shipped out” the vehicle I purchased, aka sold the car I purchased. Had to go back and sign additional papers for a different RAV4 and set up my insurance all over again. So I got over that, now less than 2 years and less that 28,000km there are multiple rust spots on my tailgate. They took pictures, (not of all the spots). This is over three weeks ago now. I called last week just to inquire on a update( cause as we know people get lost in the shuffle sometimes) . I was told that Markus was in an important meeting and would call me back ASAP. That was 4 business days ago. For the amount of money I have spent, and this being my first brand new vehicle purchase, this continues to be an unpleasant experience. ”Best buying experience in Southern Ontario” it quotes on the website, not so much.

This week, I brought my Corolla to be serviced and have the snow tires put on. It was a busy morning and there was a line up at the entrance door to the garage. Mark came out to ask me to leave the car and come in by the door. But when he saw that I was attached to an oxygen tank, he opened the exit door and asked me to drive in there. When it was time for me to pickup the car, I was returned by the friendly shuttle driver. Mark went outside to my parked car and brought it into the garage for me to access it. I appreciated the help. Thanks Mark!

Bought a new Corolla LE today. Great sales rep Steven B was knowledgeable, polite and kind. Terrific experience from beginning to picking up the car. Thank you Steven for being patient with all our questions and the great orientation to the features of this beautiful car. Ancaster Toyota employee, Alicia was most pleasant when I had to request a copy of a service receipt from 2 years ago. I expected to have to return at a later date to retrieve this, however, she quickly found exactly what I needed and did so with a smile. Thank- you!

I walked around outside for awhile, no one came to help me. Then I was in the show room and 3 ladies were just standing around the front desk and didn’t offer any help and at least two gentlemen hanging around and still didn’t offer any assistance. Definitely lost a sale from us .
