Love the truck. Andrew's follow up clinched a deal at reasonable price. The shop fixed or serviced the items required but rear brakes are near their end. Gravel and concrete in the box should have been swept out and washed. By contrast the motor compartment was spotless. There was lot's of rubber left on tires. Overall, I got what I payed for.

Fixing something that doesnot need fixing is a gimmick and a rip off narsys It is all done sweetly and politely! I have always brought my Camry to Toyota ancaster, and recently I have found overcharging.

2013 Corolla was due for a oil change and general checkup. Staff was courteous and thorough. They did everything they promised.

I felt looked after. The staff were responsive to my needs and tried to tailor my experience to fit my schedule and time constraints. The car I purchased fits my needs to a tee I did find there was to much time spent on the upsell of insurance and such. I did the homework and have bought from Toyota before so I knew what I wanted and needed. I did not require the upsell. The manager of the new car department went above and beyond. The finance manager needs to learn some customer service skills and needs to be more aware of being client centred in her approach. The rest of the staff were amazing!!!

the professionalism ; caring and kindness was the utmost .I came up from Nova Scotia and dealing with Ancaster Toyota and staff ; Simon ;Caleb and Frank .To have a general manager like Frank to assure all is well was very kind .Simon went above and beyond his work making sure I was comfortable with my new red car . I am one very satisfied customer .. In my experience I would give over 10 . Excellent service should not go unnoticed

The under cover (plastic) that needs to be removed when changing oil, was not secured correctly after last oil change, and now its loose and hanging down.
