Had a very knowledgable sales person, he was very personable and worked with us. The dealership is run very well all went very smooth.

It use to be service great but recently service are not acceptable. I have been drop off service couple time seem like no one care anymore. Here are some of the bad experience I have. 1. I ask them to check my tire life but they never did, they wrote on the work order but they never care. 2. I drop off my care overnight for service and write on work order to call prior to do the work, they never call and go ahead proceeded the work. Other item I can not remember. These are 2 main item I never forget.

My Break service was completed quickly with the process being very professional and it was super easy to drive my vehicle in the service department and hand over the keys.

I am very pleased with the experience I had with Debbie Askew, the sales person. She was helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. The finance person, Marie Swenor, on the other hand was aggressive and pushy. She did a lot of talking and very little listening. I found her to be condescending and disrespectful. The time spent with Marie was quite frustrating. If it wasn't for the positive experience with Debbie, I would have walked out and taken my business elsewhere. My partner spoke with the manager on site who gave us the General Manager's information. An email was sent regarding our displeasure with Marie and no reply has been received. My opinion of Ancaster Toyota is diminishing by the day. I would have expected, at the very least, an email acknowledging the treatment that we received. This was the third vehicle that I have purchased from Ancaster Toyota and am seriously considering that I should be taking my future business elsewhere.

When I came in with a problem, I was looked after well. When I brought my car back to get fixed, The service person had no idea how ling it would take to fix. The person said it would be ready that day, so I took the day off work, Three days later I got my car back. After I left I received a phone call saying my car would not be ready and they would get me a rental. After sitting around all day waiting for the rental continuing to call asking where it was . Finely around 4:30pm it arrived only to have an argument of who was going to cover the insurance per day. That was resolved with a trip back to the dealership it was fixed. At that point a new service advisor was given my case, Still no time line on when my car would be ready. Two days later I get a call that with what they did, Torck Converter I now should have a front end alignment, No mention of this at the being. Paid for it. I must thank Toyota that the Problem was theirs and covered under warranty. After all said and done I picked my car up and it was washed except it looked like the Right front wheel cover was rolled in oil, They re washed quickly as I was going to be late for work. This is not the first time in6 plus years that your service department has been lack of communications, Every other time I am calling in to see if the car is ready for pickup well after noon , and I was the first one in. All and all I am happy with the car as this is my 2nd one and service has been good. Thank you

The staff at Ancaster Toyota continue to provide me with excellent service for my vehicles. Full explanations of reasons and costs for work to be done. People are friendly and we'll trained to care for my vehicles, which gives me confidence that I am receiving good value.

Always a positive experience at Ancaster Toyota. Friendly staff and even with a oil change you get your vehicle washed. Very quick service.

After the car was serviced, I came to pick it up. I walked around the car and noticed the right front hubcap was missing. I guess it fell off during the road test. Marco said not to worry. He would order a new one to replace it at no charge to me. Needless to say, I was delighted and really appreciate the excellent service.
