Changed over snow tires to summer tires and had an alignment and an oil change, got a ride home then picked up to get my car , overall very good

The service person was friendly and greeted me as a valued customer. The vehicle was in for an oil change and the technician did free up the cable to open the hood. Although the service was good I felt it took too much time just for and oil change.

View Profileit was an emergency because my rear netting had gotten caught in the tail gate latch and wouldn't allow the back door to open.

They got me in as quickly as possible and freed up the netting.And I got a free car wash. The waiting lounge was comfy.

I had an overall inspection of the vehicle to ensure it is road trip ready for the summer. The advisor noted items that needed fixing right away and others that could wait. I have always received great service from the folks at Ancaster Toyota.

My husband and myself are always very pleased with the staff at Toyota Ancaster. They are helpful and efficient and spend time discussing repairs, service and new vehicles when asked.
