The rear right tail light is defective and has delaminated and taken on water. You told my wife, Joanna that you would not cover it under our extended bumper to bumper warranty because there was some fine print that indicates an exclusion for lenses. The lens is fine. The tail light is defective and delaminating. This is a safety issue since it could cause a short that at best could blow a fuse and render rear running lights, brake lights and turn signals inoperative and at worst cause fire, and should be covered under a recall. I know of other people with the same vehicle that have the same defect in the same tail light on their vehicles. You also told Joanna that you would order the replacement and call her when it arrived. That was on March 29. It is now June 7 and we have heard nothing from you. I can only assume that there is huge demand for this part since the original manufacture was defective. When can we expect to have this issue of safety resolved?

Took me in right away & had me back on the road in no time. Can't remember at this point what I was in for. Quite a bit of tome has elapsed from the time of my visit.

I had a full service , including all fluids changed , also a full set of tires, this was done reasonably fast and the tires were well priced, a great job was done

During my last service I requested that a passenger-side fog lamp be ordered. The current one has been completely damaged. After that I never heard from anyone that the part had arrived. About a month later I checked with the parts department. They said it had arrived but had been sent back because nobody picked it up. I asked that it be ordered again with a note to contact me when it arrives so that I can schedule a service to have it installed. That was at least 3 weeks ago and still no contact that the part has arrived. I have usually had very good service from Ancaster Toyota since I purchased my Camry in 2012. This is well below your standards. When will I get my passenger-side fog lamp and service to have it installed? Thank you.

I am quite happy with my recent service experience at Ancaster Toyota. The staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful, explained the service needs in detail. When everything is done, the car is clean and sharp like new.
