I was disappointed by multiple aspects, including a complete lack of responsiveness and follow-up. Simon did not follow-through on Aeroplan credit nor on a reasonable explanation for the extra kilometers on the vehicle when I picked it up.

I have returned to Toyota after owning another manufacturers vehicle for a few years. It is nice to be back enjoying the Toyota experience where one expects to only have to do routine maintenance and have no surprises when in for service. It is also nice to pick up the vehicle all cleaned up, something the other dealer didn't do.

I had an oil change done and when I checked out, I was given a checklist that surveyed the vehicle. A few weeks later I decided to sell the vehicle to my daughter and we had to have a safety performed. They told me I had eight lights out of commission, including license plate and marker lights. The checklist said every light was okay.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. No pressure showing us the truck we were interested in explaining all the options. We decided on the vehicle and they kept their promise to clean and shine it up, including a tiny repair. A very successful purchase, as I am very happy driving the truck. Thank-you all very much!
