I've been dealing with Ancaster Toyota for a few years and I've never had a bad experience. The people treat you like family, very professional in how they interact with you , right from the first phone call to the last goodbye as your leaving with your vehicle and not to forget their service to take you home and then pick you up . Comfortable environment with very nice staff working. However the sticker for my next oil change was missed. Otherwise have had no issues here

I stopped by the dealer for a oil change and was told it would be two and a half weeks before they could even look at me. I think that they might want to go like the other dealers and put in a oil express lane, that way we wont start looking for other dealer to go too.

Staff at Ancaster Toyota are polite and efficient at all times. However, the over exuberance to acquire perfect scores via emails or phone seems to be a bit over the top; i.e. "if we haven't provided a 10 out of 10 experience, let us know how we can correct this "

I was offered extended warranty and I declined. But, the individual kept on pushing to get a yes from me. I said no 3 times at least, but they wouldn't take no for an answer. I was annoyed.

Dear Sir For the past five years we have a positive and professional experience with everyone involved in the purchase and the service of our old Matrix. The trust that we made with Mr. Frank made us chose Ancaster Toyota for the purchase of our second car, otherwise we were planning to buy another make. This is in addition to warn and kind greeting and wonderful service we received from the rest of the staff at the service department. We have nothing to say except a very positive experience with Ancaster Toyota. Our future Toyota will be purchased from Ancaster Toyota, though we live in Brantford. I hardly get appointment for services of my convenience. Could not service my vehicle for a long time. Therefore I went to other Toyota location.
