I had my Toyota Rav4 brakes done a few months ago and while on a road trip in Nashville I had to take it to a Toyota dealership there due to issues. They stated the brakes were over adjusted and not done properly. I will not be returning to your dealership for further work to my vehicle.

Servicing of my 2014 Toyota Matrix

Since I bought my 2014 Toyota Matrix I have brought my car back to you for my servicing. Everything has always thoroughly explained ahead of time and during the servicing. I find all of the staff very respectful, friendly and accommodating. The last time I brought my car in I was suffering from pneumonia not only were they accommodating they were attentive! Kudos!

I went in for an oil change and left with new brakes and a tire rotation. I was glad that my brakes were checked, they were unsafe to drive and I did not know. I was also pleased that they lent me a car so I could get my errands done. Having a 2 year old at home and no car is not easy. Much appreciated!

Great experience. It was a 24,000km service on my 2016 Rav4, basically inspection of components and there were no issues to address. The service was complete as promised and the vehicle returned with an exterior wash which is great.

I have serviced my Lexus at Ancaster Toyota for the last 4 -5 years with no complaints. When I brought in my car for service in December of 2016, I received a staggering estimate of $3, 293.00. Please note this did not include major items, such as tires.. I was totally surprised by this information, since usually the service advisor indicates when I pick up my vehicle what to expect at the next service appointment. In addition, I requested my navigation system to be updated. I paid for this only to find out on my way home that I was still using the old version. After several phone calls and several days delay, I was informed that the chip was ordered but never installed, since that has to be done at the Lexus dealership. I did receive a credit on my visa. All in all, a bad experience from what I believe to be a new service advisor. On top of everything else, was told that I was getting a rental car, since the service was taking more that one day. I said that I did not need one and that a ride home would be fine, since we have 2 cars. That service advisor waived all this and insisted on me getting the rental. This was an unnecessary expense for the dealership.

went for an oil change and had one left on my maintenance package when I bought the vehicle. When I arrived, I was informed that I could not use the last oil change on my maintenance package because the mileage was over 80,000km. No one told me this prior to coming to the appointment and no one told this when I purchased the maintenance package for the vehicle and I can not find anywhere where this is written in the terms and conditions for the maintenance package of the vehicle.
