The staff at service reception are always very accommodating and helpful and the service technicians do a good job and always finish on time and the car is returned clean and ready to go. Very cheerful people to deal with.

I love my new tires. It makes it feel like I have a brand new vehicle. Ordering the tires was easy and they came in quickly. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional.

My lease had ended and I wanted to buy out my car. Everyone was friendly and professional and made the experience delightful. There was no pressure to get me into a new lease, and they made the process simple and easy. This is my 4th Toyota, and it will definitely not be my last!

I always experience friendly and professional services which leave me feeling that my vehicle is in trustworthy hands. This time I asked for the interior to be cleaned. I was amazed at the great care that was taken to return the car in tip-top shape.

My vehicle was brought in for an oil change and was charged the fee in error, as oil change was to be included in current maintenance package. I called to have the charge reversed and told twice that a refund would be issued in the mail by 2 separate employees. I've yet to receive a refund or explanation.

I had my regular maintenance service. As usual the staff was very friendly. They told me exactly what was going to be done as part of the service and the amount of time it would require as well as the cost. I was very pleased with everything that was done. Dr. Clinton Davis
