Excellent Maintenance Service

I have been with Toyota for over 10 years. I never thought that I could keep a car for that long, but it runs better than any car I owned ( audi, BMW, pathfinder...). I bought my car brand new and now i have over 270 000 km and looking for a new car not becasue i need one but because of wear and tear inside such a seats...change gear...carpet.( just the cosmetics things ). Maintenance Services have been very helpful to maintain such a good condition for that long. The only thing if i may add to improve the service is that the sales offices should have a door and their conversation should be kept private. During my scheduled maintenance services i was enjoying my complementary coffee and reading a magazine and over heard a conversation a sales lady ( she was loud could hear her in the lounge from her office about her sales transactions with constumers...i heard a detailed conversation everything she was saying to these customers...and heard her walking back and forth for e like five or 7 times to manager....i had to get up and leave pretending i was looking at cars...feeling sorry for the pontential buyers. ( if i could hear I am sure the other service personnel could too...yet nothing has change...this is not with the intentions to reprimand anyone..just a glitch that could be improve. Thank u for a great service Ancaster Toyota. Greatly appreciated the effort...service...coffee and great advises throught out these years.

The service on my Lexus has been quick and as ordered every time. They find the tires I need even if not on the premises and quickly. Whatever it takes and a comfortable waiting room. What more could you ask?
