Excellent costumer service

I went to service my RAV4 in the Ancaster dealer (first 8000 km) and my experience was very rewarding as they have a nice shop for the cars and a nice lounge were to relax and have a coffee.

Thanks for the full attention you give to your customers and the respect. Especially being a single woman, it sometimes feels awkward to go to a garage and get your car fixed.

Good service but communication should improve

I would have given a higher rating but on the last visit, there was additional servicing and warranty work planned that I was not aware of and was unable to wait the several hours this would have taken. Better communication with the customer should have occured.

Simon Jones is the best salesman around! Kind, honest & funny! Any concerns I have had have been taken care of 100%. I don't have one worry about my car or how I have been handled as a client. The whole staff at Toyota Ancaster are very customer service oriented & I will tell everyone to go there for their purchase or lease if they want nothing but friendly staff & honesty!
